Introduction

The Survival Area is a whitelisted space for community members to come together and enjoy our customised SMP experience!

This is not a vanilla Survival server.

We run a custom progression system tailored towards experienced players. The advancement menu should provide hints as to what to do next at any point, but if you need more information or a step by step guide, refer to our Progression page.

To access the Survival Area, run /trigger survival. When leaving the survival area, your progress will be saved for when you next return.

The Survival Area is split up into three main sections:

Spawn

This covers the central 200 blocks around the world spawn point. In this area, PvP is disabled, mobs cannot spawn and players cannot place or break blocks.

You can return here at any time by running /trigger survival whilst in the Survival Area. To do so, you must be in a "safe place", i.e. one covering the following conditions:

  • You must be on the surface in the Overworld (Above Y63)

  • You must be in a lit area (Light level above 7)

From here, you can also RTP (Random Teleport) using the provided pressure plate, which will place you in a random position within 5,000 blocks of spawn.

Greater Spawn Region

Beyond spawn itself, this area covers the central 750 blocks around the world spawn point. Here, PvP is enabled however certain functions such as land claiming are not. This area is intended to be used as a shared space, where we encourage building shops and services for other players.

Wilderness

Outside the spawn region, all features are available including PvP and land claims.

The world border is currently located 40,000 blocks out.
